INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR CUSTOMERS Contractors and their representatives

In accordance with the GDPR, we inform you that the following information is necessary to ensure the reliability and transparency of our processing of personal data:

1) The administrator of personal data of Customers, Contractors and their representatives included in the agreements/orders is RESTAURANTS AMBER SIDE Sp. z o. o. 

2) Providing personal data of the Contractor/Client is voluntary, but failure to provide them will make it impossible to perform the contract/order. Other data provided in the Contract/Order may result from the specification of the order, but they are always collected while maintaining their necessity and minimalism. The data is not subject to automation or profiling. The legal basis for data processing is art. 6 sec. 1 letter b, c, fw/w GDPR

3) Personal data will be processed for the purposes of executing the contract/order for its duration and for the fulfilment of tax obligations, in accordance with their intended purpose, the statutory archiving period or the extended period of possible claims.

4) The recipients of personal data will only be entities authorized to settle and control our activities, entities providing us with legal services (if the subject of the agreement/order concerns such scope), banks through which payments for benefits resulting from this agreement are made, a hosting company providing e-mail services, telecommunications operators providing ICT, legal, accounting and IT services and entities providing services for the execution of this Agreement/order in accordance with its specification.

5) In matters of personal data, please contact us: kontakt@tyglegdanskie.pl Everyone whose data is processed has the right to request from the Personal Data Administrator access to personal data, their rectification, restriction of processing, data transfer, as well as to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
