Information clause on the processing of personal data in the video monitoring system

In accordance with the GDPR, we inform you that the following information is necessary to ensure the reliability and transparency of our processing of personal data:

• We use monitoring to ensure the safety of people and protection. Data processing for the above-mentioned purposes is in the legitimate interest of the Administrator pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR
• Data is not subject to automation or profiling and will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
• Monitoring covers: entrances and restaurant premises.
• The cameras do not record sound.
• We keep monitoring records for no longer than 1 month.
• The recipients of the data will only be entities authorized to settle and control our activities, entities providing us (if the subject of the agreement concerns such scope) security services and system, legal and IT service providers.
• Each data subject has the right to request from the Personal Data Controller access to personal data, their rectification, restriction of processing, data transfer, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
